We talk about something called “the intention gap” and invite our community to reflect on the difference between intent and impact. We also invite folks to ask the following questions:
- What truly is my intention when saying certain things?
- Why am I acting this way?
- How am I holding myself accountable?
- What do I have to work on to be better?
